Gündaş; altın günü, döviz günü, para günü ve kabul günü grupları için bir düzenleyicidir: grubu kurarsınız, üyeleri davet edersiniz, sırayı kurayla belirlersiniz ve her günde kimin verip kimin aldığını işaretlersiniz. Grup üyelerinin aynı kayıtları görebilmesi için Gündaş çevrimiçi bir hizmet kullanır. Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) m.10 kapsamındaki aydınlatma metnidir; neyi, neden, ne kadar süre sakladığımızı ve haklarınızı açıklar. Gündaş para tutmaz. Para, altın ya da döviz kabul etmez, saklamaz, aktarmaz. Ödeme bilgisi, IBAN, kart ya da banka bilgisi istemez ve işlemez. Ödemeler üyeler arasında uygulama dışında yapılır; Gündaş yalnızca kaydını tutar.

Neleri saklıyoruz

Hesap: Firebase Authentication'ın oluşturduğu anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği ve hesabın açılış tarihi. E-posta, telefon numarası ya da şifre istemeyiz.
Görünen ad: grupta görünmesini istediğiniz ad (2–24 karakter; takma ad olabilir).
Grup verileri: grubun adı ve türü, katkı birimi ve miktarı, kurallar, takvim (tarih ve saat), davet kodu ve geçerlilik süresi, üyelerin listesi.
Üye adları: düzenleyicinin, uygulamayı henüz kullanmayan üyeler için yazdığı adlar (yer tutucular). Başkasının adını yazıyorsanız o kişinin bunu bildiğinden emin olun; takma ad kullanabilirsiniz.
Katkı kayıtları: her günde kimin “verdim”, kimin “aldım” dediği, düzenleyicinin işaretleri, eksik notları, ertelemeler ve son değişiklikler.
Kura ve sıra: kura kayıtları (sıra, rastgelelik tohumu, sabitlenen sıralar, varsa yeniden çekme gerekçesi, kimin ne zaman çektiği), sıra takası istekleri.
Kabul günü: isteğe bağlı gün yeri (serbest metin) ve “geliyorum/gelemiyorum” yoklaması.
Değerleme: her günün gösterge TL karşılığı ve düzenleyicinin girdiği çarşı fiyatı.
Bildirimler: cihazınızın bildirim belirteci (en çok 5 cihaz) ve bildirimlerini kapattığınız gruplar.
Kötüye kullanımı önleme: davet koduyla katılma denemelerinin saatlik sayacı.
Gösterge fiyatlar: sunucumuz altın fiyatını gold-api.com'dan, döviz kurlarını Avrupa Merkez Bankası'ndan çeker; cihazınız bu kaynaklara doğrudan bağlanmaz. Fiyatlar kişisel veri değildir. Uygulama son fiyatı cihazda kısa süre önbellekte tutar.
Cihazda: tema, titreşim gibi ayarlar, görülen yardım sayfaları ve reklam sıklığı sayaçları yalnızca telefonunuzda tutulur.

Gündaş telefon numaranızı, rehberinizi, konumunuzu, fotoğraflarınızı, kameranızı, mikrofonunuzu, kimlik numaranızı ya da IBAN'ınızı toplamaz. Sohbet özelliği yoktur. Analitik ya da kilitlenme raporu aracı kullanmıyoruz.

Kim neyi görebilir

Bir grubun verilerini yalnızca o grubun üyeleri görür. Davet kodunu bilen kişi koda girerek gruba katılabilir; davet bağlantısı ya da sayfası grup adını göstermez. Görünen adınız, katıldığınız gruplarda üyelere görünür; profiliniz herkese açık değildir ve başka kullanıcılar arayamaz.

Neden kullanıyoruz (hukuki sebepler)

Hizmeti sunmak için: hesap, gruplar, kura, katkı kayıtları, hatırlatmalar ve bildirimler (sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası; KVKK m.5/2(c), GDPR m.6(1)(b)).
Hizmeti güvenli tutmak için: katılma denemesi sınırı, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi (meşru menfaat; KVKK m.5/2(f), GDPR m.6(1)(f)).
Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam yalnızca açık rızanızla (KVKK m.5/1, GDPR m.6(1)(a)). Rıza vermezseniz reklamlar kişiselleştirilmeden gösterilir; uygulama aynı şekilde çalışır.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve verinin saklandığı yer

Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging): veritabanımız ve sunucu işlevlerimiz europe-west1 (Belçika) bölgesinde çalışır.
Google AdMob: reklamlar; Google'ın rıza yönetim platformu (UMP) ile.
Google Play: uygulamanın dağıtımı.

Bu sağlayıcılar verileri bizim adımıza, Google'ın veri işleme şartları kapsamında işler. Türkiye'de Google Cloud/Firebase bölgesi bulunmadığından, Türkiye'den kullananlar için hizmetin kullanılması kişisel verilerin yurt dışına (AB'ye) aktarılması anlamına gelir; bu aktarım KVKK m.9 çerçevesinde yapılır. AdMob'un reklam için işlediği veriler de yurt dışında işlenebilir.

Reklamlar

Gündaş ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob reklamlarıyla desteklenir. Google, reklamları sunmak ve ölçmek için reklam kimliğinizi, cihaz ve uygulama bilgilerinizi, IP adresinizden türetilen yaklaşık konumunuzu ve reklam etkileşimlerinizi kendi politikası kapsamında işleyebilir: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için Google'ın rıza ekranıyla onayınız istenir (gerektiği bölgelerde); seçiminizi sonradan değiştirebilirsiniz.
Kura anında, davet ve katılım ekranlarında, gün kurma sihirbazında ve pencerelerde reklam yoktur.
Gündaş sizi başka uygulama ve sitelerde izlemez; iPhone'da izleme izni istemez.

Bildirimler

Bildirimlere izin verirseniz sunucumuz hatırlatmaları ve grup olaylarını (kura, takas, gün değişikliği gibi) Firebase Cloud Messaging ile Türkçe gönderir. Bildirim metninde grup adı, gün tarihi ve saati, yer ve sıradaki kişinin adı bulunabilir; kilit ekranında görünebileceğini unutmayın. Her grubun bildirimlerini grup ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz; 22:00–09:00 arasında olay bildirimi gönderilmez.

Verileri ne kadar saklıyoruz

Kabul günü yer bilgisi, günün tarihinden 7 gün sonra otomatik silinir.
Süresi dolan davet kodları (30 gün) silinir.
Grup verileri, grup silinene kadar saklanır; düzenleyici grubu sildiğinde bütün kayıtları (kuralar dahil) silinir.
Hesap verileriniz, hesabınızı silene kadar saklanır.

Haklarınız ve hesabınızı silmek

Verilerinizin bir kopyasını uygulamadan indirebilirsiniz (Ayarlar → Verilerimi indir). Hesabınızı istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz (Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil): profiliniz, bildirim belirteçleriniz, sayaçlarınız ve anonim hesabınız silinir. Düzenlediğiniz gruplar uygulamayı kullanan başka bir üyeye devredilir; kimse yoksa grup silinir. Üye olduğunuz gruplarda adınızın yerine “Ayrılan üye” yazar (kura çekilmediyse koltuğunuz kalkar); grubun geçmiş kayıtları diğer üyeler için kalır. Uygulamayı kaldırmak hesabı silmez. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız onehelsingstudio@gmail.com adresine yazın; hesabı bulup silmemiz için grubun adını ve görünen adınızı belirtin.

KVKK m.11 uyarınca verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zarar hâlinde tazminat isteme haklarına sahipsiniz; başvurularınızı yukarıdaki adrese iletebilir, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

Yaş

Gündaş yetişkinler (18 yaş ve üzeri) için hazırlanmıştır.

Güvenlik

Tüm veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir. Uygulama yalnızca üyesi olduğunuz grupları okuyabilir; gruplardaki her değişiklik kuralları denetleyen sunucumuzdan geçer.

Politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu metin değişirse yeni sürümü bu sayfada yayımlar ve yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz.

Privacy Policy

The app is in Turkish and made for Turkey; the Turkish text above is the primary version.

Gündaş organises Turkish “gold day”, currency day, money day and “kabul” day groups: you set up a group, invite members, decide the order with a draw and mark, for each day, who gave and who received. So that all members see the same records, Gündaş uses an online service. This policy explains what we store, why, for how long, and your rights. The data controller is OneHelsing Studio, onehelsingstudio@gmail.com.

Gündaş never holds money. It does not accept, hold or transfer money, gold or currency, and it does not ask for or process payment, IBAN, card or bank details. Members pay each other outside the app; Gündaş only keeps the record.

What we store

Account: an anonymous user ID created by Firebase Authentication and the account creation date. No e-mail, phone number or password.
Display name: the name you want others in your groups to see (2–24 characters; a nickname is fine).
Group data: group name and type, contribution unit and amount, rules, schedule (dates and time), invite code and its expiry, the member list.
Member names: names the organiser types for members who don't use the app yet (placeholders). If you type someone else's name, make sure they know; nicknames are fine.
Contribution records: who said “I gave” and “I received” on each day, the organiser's marks, shortfall notes, postponements and recent changes.
Draws and order: draw records (order, random seed, pinned positions, the reason for a redraw, who drew and when) and turn-swap requests.
Kabul days: an optional place (free text) and attendance answers.
Valuation: each day's indicative lira value and any market price the organiser enters.
Notifications: your device's push token (up to 5 devices) and the groups you have muted.
Abuse prevention: an hourly counter of attempts to join with an invite code.
Indicative prices: our server fetches gold prices from gold-api.com and exchange rates from the European Central Bank; your device does not contact these sources. Prices are not personal data. The app briefly caches the latest prices on the device.
On your device only: settings such as theme and vibration, which help pages you have seen, and ad frequency counters.

Gündaş does not collect your phone number, contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone, ID number or IBAN. There is no chat. We do not use analytics or crash-reporting tools.

Who can see what

Only members of a group can see that group's data. Someone with the invite code can join by entering it; invites never show the group name. Your display name is visible to members of the groups you are in; your profile is not public and cannot be searched.

Why we use it (legal bases)

To provide the service: account, groups, draws, contribution records, reminders and notifications (performance of a contract; KVKK Art. 5(2)(c), GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To keep it safe: limits on join attempts and preventing abuse (legitimate interests; KVKK Art. 5(2)(f), GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Personalised advertising only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1), GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Without consent, ads are not personalised and the app works the same.

We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers and where data is stored

Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging): our database and server functions run in europe-west1 (Belgium).
Google AdMob for ads, with Google's consent management platform (UMP).
Google Play for distribution.

These providers process data on our behalf under Google's data processing terms. There is no Google Cloud/Firebase region in Turkey, so for users in Turkey using the service means personal data is transferred abroad (to the EU); such transfers are made within the framework of Article 9 of the KVKK. Data processed by AdMob for ads may also be processed abroad.

Advertising

Gündaş is free and supported by Google AdMob ads. To deliver and measure ads, Google may process your advertising ID, device and app information, an approximate location derived from your IP address and your interactions with ads, under its own policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Where required, we ask for your consent to personalised ads through Google's consent screen; you can change your choice later.
No ads during the draw, on the invite and join screens, in the group setup wizard or in dialogs.
Gündaş does not track you across other apps and websites; on iPhone it does not ask for tracking permission.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, our server sends reminders and group events (draws, swaps, day changes) in Turkish through Firebase Cloud Messaging. A notification may contain the group name, the day's date and time, the place and the name of the person whose turn it is, and may be visible on your lock screen. You can mute each group in its settings; event notifications are not sent between 22:00 and 09:00.

How long we keep data

The place of a kabul day is deleted automatically 7 days after the day.
Expired invite codes (30 days) are deleted.
Group data is kept until the group is deleted; when the organiser deletes a group, all its records (including draws) are deleted.
Your account data is kept until you delete your account.

Your rights and deleting your account

You can download a copy of your data in the app (Settings → Verilerimi indir) and delete your account at any time (Settings → Hesabımı sil): your profile, push tokens, counters and anonymous account are deleted. Groups you organise are handed over to another member who uses the app, or deleted if there is none. In groups you are a member of, your name is replaced with “Ayrılan üye” (former member), or your seat is removed if the draw has not happened yet; the group's past records stay for the other members. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account. If you cannot access the app, e-mail onehelsingstudio@gmail.com with the group name and your display name so we can find and delete the account.

You also have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data and to complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).

Age

Gündaş is intended for adults (18 and over).

Security

All data is encrypted in transit. The app can only read groups you are a member of; every change to a group goes through our server, which checks the rules.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above.
